Bookworms beware, if you have a busy day in town planned on a Saturday and Sunday you are sure to lose yourself amid the second-hand, new, antique and vinyl collections at the Temple Bar Book Market which is located on the busiest junction of Temple Bar at Temple Bar Square.

Our newest addition to the markets family is our Designer Mart at Cow’s Lane which will take to the streets of Temple Bar’s Old City area on Saturday March 15th from 10am – 5pm and every Saturday thereafter.
Featuring visual art of all disciplines, including photography, watercolours, oil paintings and ceramics. Hand-made designer clothing, jewellery and accessories also feature along with an eclectic mix of hand-crafts using metals, wood and glass.
All work is hand-made by Irish and Irish based artists and designers priority is given to artists and designers who collectively present a diverse range of high-quality unique pieces.
This is going to be the perfect place to spend a Saturday afternoon and is only 5 minutes walk from central Temple Bar.

Movies on Square takes place in Meeting House Square in Temple Bar – the only purpose built open-air cinema in Europe, and will run for 12 weeks every Saturday night from June to August. Movies on the Square is designed to bring you a world class programme and unique movie experience in the magical open air setting of Meeting House Square.

The Flight of the Dodo is an eclectic exhibition made up of various artworks and elements that celebrate adventure, and delve into factual myths, plunging in and out of evolution, notions of the hybrid, imaginative escapism, the will to survive and ultimate extinction.
